Personal Training

Personal training sessions are 1:2:1 Or 2:2:1 in-person gym sessions where I will guide you through how to execute exercises correctly. Included in this service is a bespoke training program that we’ll follow in our sessions as well as providing it to you, to follow if you are training on your own as well.

Behind the scenes, I’ll be there to support you and help you set habits and maintain them to ensure you meet your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Meet Alfie

Alfie is an experienced personal trainer who started his fitness journey as a client and has been in your shoes. Through years of training people of diverse backgrounds have found out how to make anyone reach their goals regardless of the boundaries they may face.

What do you get?

1:2:1 coaching where I’ll guide you through your bespoke program and make sure you carry out the exercises with the most optimal technique possible. These hour-long sessions will take place at PureGym Hoxton or a private studio nearby.

Who’s it for?

Personal training is for those of you who can make it to one of my London based and wish to experience the full benefit of having a personal trainer there with you to guide you through sessions and have face-to-face accountability.

Personal Training Packages

1 session per week

1 x a week is recommended for very advanced trainees who do not struggle with consistency or adherence and just need technical help.

2 sessions per week

For those who are getting comfortable under my coaching or those with a decent training history already. This is the option i’d recommend.

3 sessions per week

If you are fairly new to training or new to training with me I’d recommend starting on 3 times per week to give you the best feel for my coaching style and what I expect out of clients.
